Customer Service Representative
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with Doyoor, and you will be the first point of contact for any questions or concerns.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a prompt and professional manner
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Continuously strive to improve the customer experience
Provide feedback to the team on ways to improve our service and processes
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Experience in a customer service role is a plus
HR Generalist
We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Foster a positive and supportive work environment for all employees
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances and complaints, and providing support and guidance to managers and employees
Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR generalist, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives
